The company on behalf of which we are hiring helps companies to identify new suppliers, partners, distributors, and customers all over the world, through artificial intelligence algorithms capable of carrying out automated market research.
The intern will be an active contributor to the Chinese market development providing support to the International Department, will understand customer needs and communicate effectively with them in local language, will follows the end-to-end customer activation and on-boarding process, providing post-sales support when necessary, and continual feedback to management on market conditions.
Activities will mainly relate to market research, opportunity-pipeline creation and prospect management, as well as new strategies development. Objective: generating leads through the presentation of the proposal, and intense phone-based prospecting activity.
Bergamo, but working remotely applications will be also considered.
- Chinese native speaker, fluent in English; Italian language will be considered a plus;
- Good multi-language communication skills (verbal and written) and supportive, persuasive telephone manner with prospects (the intern will be required to interact with senior management);
- Entrepreneurial and Innovative: willing to take ownership of work and ability to handle assignments and projects, to increase your impact on the business development activities, capable of taking responsibility for your own choices.
The company would like to start with this internship program as soon as possible since they need to expand their business in China.
