ICCF and AICE are organising a mission to China with the aim of exploring business opportunities in the market and establishing high-level institutional contacts. The mission will take place 26 to 30 November 2024 and will include two significant stops: the vibrant metropolitan area of Beijing and the innovative one of Greater Bay Area, Guangdong Province.

The mission boasts collaboration with leading Chinese entitiesamong them the CCPIT, and its aim is to offer participating companies the opportunity to visit the China International Supply Chain Expo in Beijing, meet local companies and institutions, and provide a privileged vantage point to better understand the commercial and logistical dynamics that govern trade and the movement of goods in these two important areas. To complete the mission, it will include a visit to some innovative Chinese companies.

The programme is being finalised and will be confirmed once the composition of the delegation has been established. As of today, we can speculate:

26-27 November: Beijing
- visit to the China International Supply Chain Expo and meetings with local operators
- institutional meetings with Chinese entities: CCPIT and MOFCOM
- meeting with Italian institutions in China
27 November: relocation to Guangdong
28 NovemberVisiting the ICCF offices in Nansha-Guangzhou
- institutional visits: Nansha Foreign Affairs Office and local CCPIT
29 Novembervisit to Nansha Free Trade Zone and meetings with local operators from various sectors, including logistics and distribution
- meeting with institutions and enterprises in Shenzhen
- Best Practice: visit to the headquarters of a leading Chinese high-tech group

COSTS:
The participation fee per individual company is € 500.00 + VAT. This amount covers organisational costs, excluding out-of-pocket expenses (intercontinental and domestic flights, hotels, food and transport when not included in the programme, any extras). Participants will in any case be offered a flight/accommodation/transfers package, which will be arranged once the programme has been defined.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Companies interested in participating are invited to send their expression of interest (fill in this Google form), no later than Friday 13 September 2024.
Should two or more representatives from the same company participate, please complete one form for each participant.
