Job Duties:
- Assist the production system, office environment and network maintenance, ensure the stable running of core bank system and network environment, timely solve the production and office IT issues, and provide the sufficient IT support.
- Assist the IT room hardware and software upgrade, core bank system test, including current system function updating and new system function's promotion.
- Assist the information security and data protection work, to be in line with the information security management requirements and policy, and cooperate to complete the relevant data protection work.
- Assist business continuity and emergency response plan, data backup strategy and test, to improve the emergency response management.
- Assist the data transformation work, implement local report development and robotic process automation development.
- Assist the third party supplier management, evaluation and inspection, IT procurement, and document management.
- Assist local regulation collection, gap analysis and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in IT, engineering, and equivalent area.
- Language: Fluent in Italian (at least B2), English and Chinese.
- At least 2 years IT work experience, bank section is preferred.
- Network certification or database certification is preferred.
- Good ability of communication, team work, independent analysis and problem solving.
- Good ability to handle complex tasks and multi-tasks, results-oriented.
